JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to be in-laws of the deceased and are languishing in jail custody since 8.3.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the informant lodged the present case on the basis of suspicion but, after investigation, police found the case true under Sections 306, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that no specific overt act has been attributed against these petitioners.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
