Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naokothi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 78789 of 2019, which was rejected vide order dated 18.01.2020 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charges were framed against the petitioner on 17.01.2020, as would be evident from Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner was remanded in this case on 05.03.2019.
