Nagar) P. S. Case No. 91 of 2015 dated 09.05.2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 120-B and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have perused the FIR. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.
