JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-1 of the petition within course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The stolen articles are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and some of the stolen articles were identified by the informant and witnesses in T.I.Parade. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about five cases, hence, I am not inclined to release him on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29917 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.432 of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif stands rejected at least at this stage. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
