The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. case No. 421 of 2020 registered under Sections 25 (1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner summits that petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2020 and the charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that it is alleged that from this petitioner one loaded country made pistol and cartridges has been recovered. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29939 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-XII-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 421 of 2020.
