It appears that the Court below by the order dated 20.02.2015 passed the Title Suit No. 06 of 2012 and allowed the amendment application filed by the plaintiff-respondent recording a finding that the Suit is at the very initial stage and issues have even not been framed.

Therefore, it appears that the learned Munsif has allowed the amendment application which is pre-trial amendment. I, therefore, find no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Mishra/- U
