Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Prashant Kashyap and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-Bank Sri Prashant Vedasen.

Ref.:-I.A. No. 2 of 2021 The present interlocutory application has been filed for substituting the legal heir of the deceased petitioner, who has died on 17.07.2020, during the pendency of the present writ petition. It is submitted that the deceased petitioner is survived by his wife, namely, Smt. Anupama Narayan.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition stands allowed and the registry is directed to substitute the deceased petitioner with his legal heir i.e. his wife, details whereof have been given in paragraph no. 5 of the

3/3 present petition.

CWJC No. 11410 of 2015 The newly substituted petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
