The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No.273 of 2013 registered under Sections 395, 412, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence, materials collected in course of investigation and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is dismissed.
