Learned A.P.P. submits that there is specific case against the petitioner. The petitioner being Principal of the School was taking away the cement of the School for his personal work whereas the concerned thela was apprehended and petitioner was handed over by the local public to the Police. He submits that in the impugned order whereby prayer for discharge was rejected there is no error.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.775 of 2014 (4) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 I have perused the impugned order. After going through the same I do not find any defect. The petition stands dismissed.
