JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he ordered to kill the informant on which co-accused, Sanjeet Yadav, fired upon him, which missed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Further it is submitted that no injury has been attributed against the petitioner. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24545 of 2014 (3) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Balia P.S.Case No. 110 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
