The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against petitioner is of giving Farsa blow on the head of informant, as a result of which she sustained injury on her head.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the injury sustained by the petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner is in

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge, 1st, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Janta Bazar P.S.
