2. Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2017 in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No.144 of 2017 registered for the offence under section 307 and other ancillary Sections of the IPC.

3. The informant has alleged that in the night of 10.05.2017 one of the accused Dilip Yadav accompanied her husband to his house and after assaulting threw her husband in injured condition in a ditch. On getting information, the informant along with her husband's brother went at the place of occurrence and moved the injured to hospital.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is agnate of the husband of the informant and on account

The husband of the informant is a tractor driver and he sustained injury in road accident. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.08.2017 and so he deserves bail.

5. Learned APP opposed the submissions.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Begusarai in Teghra P.S.Case No.144 of 2017.
