Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 13.09.2021. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Nivas Kumar @ Niwas Kumar has subsequently been granted provisional bail vide order dated 14.02.2022 and further it has been confirmed vide order 31.03.2022. The case of petitioner is identical and similar to that of co-accused Niwas Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
