Petitioner seeks bail in Bela P.S. Case No.110 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 417, 420, 483 Indian Penal Code, Sections 103, 104 of Trade Mark Act, 1993 and Sections 63 and 65 of Copy Right Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is retail shop keeper.

In the written report, it is alleged that few bottles of Dabur Amla Hair oil has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no any scientific report that those articles were found to be

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.110 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
