The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.199 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the one offence F.I.R. was registered as Bahera P.S. Case No.200/2018. The petitioner was granted bail in Bahera P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 and thereafter he was taken into custody in Bahera P.S. Case No.200/2018 on 06.07.2018.

Considering the fact that allegation in both the F.I.R. is one and the petitioner has been granted bail in Bahera P.S. Case No.199 of 2018, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten
