ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 139 of 2012. A report had been called for from the Court below from which it appears that charge sheet has been submitted as regards two persons whereas investigation as against him is still going on. The officer-in-charge, Turkaulia police station is directed to conclude the investigation positively, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction the application is disposed off. Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran through Fax at the cost of the petitioner for its onward transmission to the officer-in-charge of the concerned police station.
