Case No. 166 of 2015 but no pending petition in respect of above stated Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015 was shown and, thereafter, the present petition was filed but on the very next day, it was displayed that Cr. Misc. No. 32943 of 2016 has already been filed on behalf of the petitioner and, therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, he wants to withdraw this petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
