JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(a), 53(c), 54 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Two litres unripe sprit are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 14.04.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26287 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016.
