2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2016 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2017 arising out of Rudrapur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased. The accusations are general and omnibus in nature and it is a case of the deceased having committed suicide.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
