JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 216 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner was not disclosed by the informant of this case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He submits that during course of investigation by the police the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the husband of the informant in his statement recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C.
