2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 362 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(6), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three persons allegedly committed a loot of Rs. 2,43,000/- after assaulting the informant.

4. The informant has identified the petitioner and stated that he had snatched his bag and injured him by hitting him on the head. The stolen documents, including his ATM cards, Aadhaar card, an empty passbook and the bike used in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18527 of 2026(3) dt.13-05-2026 2/2 incident, were recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner has been in custody since 02.10.2025.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
