Petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.04.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 494, 420, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant claims to have married with the petitioner in the year 2014 in a temple. The petitioner took the informant to Surat and kept her for 4-5 months. Thereafter, the informant came to her parents' house and petitioner failed to make contact with the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner denied the factum of marriage. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29343 of 2016 (3) dt.01-08-2016 petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Aurangabad in connection with Pauthu P.S.
