Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 354(A), 504, 506, 313, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x)(xii) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that one Amarjeet Kumar established physical relationship with the informant on promise of marriage when she became pregnant he got the pregnancy terminated. When the informant went to request the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are sister, widow wife of brother and brother-in-law of Amarjeet Kumar. At earlier point of time the petitioners' side lodged a sanha and a complaint against the informant and others.

Learned counsel for the informant admits that thrust of accusation is against Amarjeet Kumar. Though it is alleged that petitioners abused the informant. Considering the thrust of accusation against Amarjeet Kumar and delayed lodging of the F.I.R, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
