Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 22.4.2016. The first information report goes to show that the allegation of demand is against husband of the deceased. Moreover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the deceased died of diarrhoea and almost all witnesses have stated the above stated fact before the Investigating officer.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also taking note of this fact that investigation against the petitioner has already
