That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the Respondents to make payment of the entire dues amount (Total Rs. 98,400/-) of the petitioner for his purchased paddy (total 140 Quintal) by one Sarveshwar

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, he shall take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, thereafter in the direction of redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
