Accordingly, the order dated 21.6.2019 is hereby recalled and is substituted by the following order: Having perused the agreement and the nature of the dispute as indicated, the appointment of an arbitrator is imperative.

Accordingly, I hereby, appoint Shri Bhanu Pratap Singh (a retired District Judge) as an Arbitrator to enter upon the dispute in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Patna High Court Scheme, 1996 and render his award.
