Case No. 131 of 2015 registered under Sections-25(i-b)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and accordingly, both the above-said petitions are being heard and disposed of by this common order. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28058 of 2016 (5) dt.08-08-2016 2/2 Petitioners, alongwith others were caught while they had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and it is alleged that on search, two live cartridges were recovered from possession of each of the petitioners and one knife is said to have been recovered from possession of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 28058 of 2016. Petitioners are in jail custody since 16-12-2015. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Saran at Chapra. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
