The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vibutipur P.S. Case No. 22/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/32(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that the petitioner is owner of the commercial vehicle and the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
