JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2024 Though the learned counsel for the contemnors submits that the supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2, 3 and 6 is in the process of being filed online, however, a copy of the same has been furnished to this Court, a bare perusal whereof shows that the Circle Officer, Mehsi, East Champaran at Motihari has passed the final order dated 27.11.2023 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 11

Patna High Court MJC No.968 of 2020(4) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 of 2019-20 and the encroachment has also stood removed, hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 30.7.2019 has stood complied with fully.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed inasmuch as this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 30.07.2019, passed in CWJC No. 14942 of 2019, has stood complied with.
