Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. It appears from para 3 as well as the impugned order that except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement of co- accused, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Kanti (Panapur OP) P.S. Case no. 349/2015.
