The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and claims to have been living separately, let him be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the Court below to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIIrd, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2014 subject to the conditions, That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how
