Perused the explanation of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, he shall remain careful and cautious in future.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown.
Submission is that though some stolen property is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but that does not resemble with the stolen property, mentioned in the FIR. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete now.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1803 of 2018 (4) dt.02-04-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kasim Bazar Police Station Case No.94 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
