Petitioner is accused in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2018 registered under Sections 30, 30(b) and 38(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.08.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-II-
