Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 191/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 307, 188 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no injury to anybody.
From the written report it appears that dispute arose for disconnection of electricity connection. The Junior Engineer, Buxar along with informant went to pacify the matter and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18434 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 requested for supply of the electricity. Thereafter while they were returning, three young persons came on motorcycle. One of them, who was sitting on back of motorcycle fired twice and escaped. The villagers disclosed his name as petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Industrial Area) P.S. Case No. 191/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
