By order dated 8.3.2019 Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shailesh Kumar Sinha, a former Judge of this Court was appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute. The Arbitrator, so appointed, has recused himself. In the wake of the above, learned counsel for the parties agree that a new Arbitrator be appointed in the matter.
Accordingly, I hereby appoint Justice S.N. Jha (a
Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.17 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 former Judge of this Court and for C.J., Rajasthan and C.J., Jammu and Kashmir) as an Arbitrator to enter upon the dispute in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Patna High Court Scheme, 1996 and render his award.
