2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Karahgar P.S. Case No. 308 of 2024 registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 351(2), 69, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter be referred to the Mediation Center.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Court on 19.09.2025 at 10.30am. Till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner. In case of failure, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall lose

5. Learned District Court is directed to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center.

6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant submits that he will inform the informant to be present in the Court sharp on 19.09.2025 at 10.30am.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
