Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 6139 of 2018 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016..

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he was driving the vehicle in question from where alleged recovery was made. Petitioner had no knowledge about the articles kept in the vehicle. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.07.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
