Ms. Anukriti Jaipuriyar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition, after having authorized by the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna, informs that a sum of 10,84,778/- has been paid to the petitioner but she finds in the interest of justice that liberty be granted to the petitioner, if he is still aggrieved, to represent the appropriate authority for payment of remaining dues, if any.
