JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 682 of 2021, the Circle Officer, Chakiya,District-East Champaran, Motihari has already passed the final order dated 28.09.2022 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 13 of 2015-16, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court finds that neither any rejoinder affidavit

Patna High Court MJC No.776 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 has been filed nor the petitioner is represented by any counsel, hence this Court has no reason to disbelieve the stand taken by the opposite parties, thus this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

In such view of the matter, the present petition stands dismissed.
