2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur Hari P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80,238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased died of illness. He further submits that the petitioner had gone to Punjab for earning his livelihood and independent witnesses have said so. The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-9, East, Muzaffarpur/ concerned Court in connection with Rampur Hari P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024.
