JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-11-2015 Since an FIR has been lodged against the petitioner for resorting to unfair means for which he was arrested and now he has been released on bail, till the petitioner will not get a clean chit on this aspect of the matter, the Court cannot issue a mandamus upon the respondents to recommend him and appoint on the post of a constable.

Writ application is dismissed in view of the above. If the petitioner gets a clean chit, his claim can be considered in accordance with law.
