The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 408 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner being the Manager of the hotel of the informant took away Rs.4,50,000/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the dispute made by the partner of the informant the petitioner left the job of the informant and hence, as a retaliatory measure the present case has been lodged against the petitioner.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32824 of 2015 (02) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 378 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
