The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and section 3 of Mahua Flower Rule.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 30 kg of Mahua flower from the motorcycle driven by the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.11.2017.

Considering the nature of accusation, the period of
