The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/36/38II of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the hut of the petitioners country-made as well as foreign liquor was recovered. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 19.02.2019. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18011 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.55 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
