The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 313, 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Perused the mediator's report dated 07.11.2019. The dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18090 of 2019(6) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Juduicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, District- Rohtas in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
