2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of dowry death.
4. Petitioner No.1 is father-in-law and petitioner No.2 is brother-in-law of the deceased.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased, who is in custody and so far these petitioners are concerned, allegation is

6. Learned counsel appearing for the State and the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya PS case No. 413/ 2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr.
