The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 44/2017, arising out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 41/2017 dated 19.03.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the possession of the petitioner and others, 4kg of ganja has been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2017.

Regard being had to the quantum of the narcotics recovered from the petitioner and the period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him.

The petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57032 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge X, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 44/2017, arising out of Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 41/2017.
