This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 by learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga vide order dated 28.11.2018 in Bail Petition No. 797 of 2018.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that Opposite Party No. 2 is a person of criminal antecedent which is reflected in the communication letter dated 10.01.2015 of SDPO, Benipur. The public peace is under threat and there is serious apprehension to the life and property of the people of local area and as such the bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 shall be cancelled.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19164 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the court concerned for cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 which shall be considered by the Court concerned on its own merit.
