Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioners used to manufacture spurious liquor and due to consumption of the same some persons including the informant started vomiting and subsequently one Sonu Ram died after consumption of the said liquor.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that actually the liquor was purchased from the shop of Harikishore Pasi and not from the petitioners and only on suspicion the petitioners have been roped in the present case.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33738 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
Accordingly the application is disposed off.
