The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge6th, Gopalganj, has sought further two months' time to conclude the Sessions Trial No.501/15 arising out of Kuchai Kot P.S.Case No.94/15 on the ground that the record is fixed for defence witness and, as such, two months' further time is required for disposal of the aforesaid Sessions Trial.

Under the circumstance, two months' further time is granted to the learned trial court to conclude the Sessions Trial No.501/15 arising out of Kuchai Kot P.S. Case No.94/15. Sent a copy of this order to the District & Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, at once.
